Artist of the Week: City and Colour

City and Colour is:

Dallas Green – All Vocals/Instruments

City and Colour began in 2004 as a way for Dallas to compile his own acoustic/folk sound together. City and Colour’s first album, ‘Sometimes’ was released in 2005, and after much success, his solo project was labeled as a force to be reckoned with.

As a part of the band Alexisonfire, when they disbanded, Green was afforded the time to be able to focus more on his solo efforts. 2008’s ‘Bring Me Your Love’ and 2011’s ‘Little Hell’ followed and brought City and Colour even more exposure with each respective album.

Fast-forward to 2013, and City and Colour is getting ready to release it’s fourth album, ‘The Hurry and The Harm’ on June 4. Below, you can view the lyric video to that album’s lead single “Thirst”. We also have the official video for “The Girl” from the band’s 2008 album.
